Please Note: If you’ve clicked an affiliate link on our site and purchased from a third-party merchant, their shipping policy applies. We do not handle the fulfillment for those orders.

2. Order Processing Time

Your excitement is our priority!

  • All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays) from the moment your order confirmation email is received.
  • Live Plant Orders: To ensure the freshest and healthiest arrival, live plants are often shipped only on specific days (e.g., Monday-Wednesday) to avoid weekend transit delays. This specific shipping schedule will be clearly noted on the individual live plant product pages.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., Spring planting, holiday sales) or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather affecting live plant viability), processing times may be extended. We’ll communicate any significant delays.
  • You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times (Domestic – USA)

We offer a range of reliable shipping options within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your order’s total weight, dimensions, and your delivery address.

  • Standard Ground: Estimated 3-7 business days (after processing).
  • Expedited: Estimated 2-3 business days (after processing). Recommended for more time-sensitive items like seeds and some hard goods.
  • Overnight: Estimated 1 business day (after processing). Highly recommended for all live plant orders to minimize transit stress.

4. Shipping Costs

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

    • Your Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to research, understand, and comply with all import laws and restrictions of their destination country before placing an order. Blossom Gardens Hub is not responsible for items confiscated by customs, fees incurred for prohibited items, or delays/damage due to import inspections.
    • Phytosanitary Certificates: If your country requires a phytosanitary certificate for botanical imports, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. Additional fees and processing time for these certificates will apply.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT) levied by your destination country. These charges are incurred once the shipment reaches your country and are your responsibility as the customer. Blossom Gardens Hub has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. Accurate Shipping Address

8. Lost or Damaged Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

  • Damaged Goods (Non-Perishable): If your gardening tools, pots, or other non-perishable supplies arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shipping@blossomgardenshub.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging. We will assess the damage and work to provide a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged/Deceased Live Plants: Live plants are delicate. If your live plant arrives severely damaged or clearly deceased, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
    1. Your order number.
    2. Clear, timestamped photos of the plant’s condition immediately upon unboxing, showing the full plant and its packaging.
    3. A brief description of the issue.
    We will review the evidence and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. We cannot be held responsible for plants that decline after being in your care due to improper watering, light, environmental conditions, or neglect.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
    1. Check around your delivery area (porch, neighbors, mailbox).
    2. Contact your local post office or courier responsible for the delivery.
    3. If the issue persists after 3-5 business days of the “delivered” scan, please contact us at shipping@blossomgardenshub.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Blossom Gardens Hub is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
